All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time. If you wish to receive a shipping quote for international shipping, please call or email us. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Straight Line Solutions is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into the order further.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

We DO NOT ship to PO boxes unless special situations are needed. Please call or email us about any PO box shipping before placing orders. We are not responsible for any fees or charges accrued by submitting and order with a PO box shipping address. If we recieve a PO box shipping address, we will reach out to you via phone to get a shipping address from you.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, and also accept order cancellations up to 24 hours after the order is placed. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event you receive the incorrect part, PLEASE contact us as soon as possible via phone or email. Customers CANNOT return parts (incorrect or not) after 7 days. If there is an exception that needs to be made, please call or email and we will do our best to fulfill your request. Staight Line Solutions can not guarantee any variations from our standard procedure of operations.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item(s) condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
